He is survived by: his children, Ryan Franklin of Ashburn, VA and Kimberly Franklin Bissohong; his son-in-law Philippe Bissohong of Silver Spring, MD.; his brother Ronald; his sister-in-law Ruby; his sister Myra Franklin Cuff; and his brother-in-law Carlie Cuff.
