She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Fay Hardegree (Jimmy) of Watkinsville, GA, Deddie Fay Cameron (Bill) of Forsyth, GA and Paul F. Fay (Geraldine) of Cordele, GA.; her sister-in-law Dorothy Parham of Cuthbert, GA; her grandchildren, Caro Lisa Fay, Shelley Robinson, Julie Rook and Patrick Fay; and her great grandchildren, Ellis Rook, Cason Rook, Avery Rook and Caroling Robinson.
