It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Eunice Sturmer (Ashburn, Virginia), who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Wilson and Mary Ellen Wilson; and her husband Alex Roman Sturmer. She is survived by: her sister Darlene Contos (John); and her children, Karen Johnson, Laura Sturmer, Susan Matyuf (Matthew), Greg Sturmer (Renee) and Andy Sturmer (Susanna). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church.
