She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Kinser and Ollie Kinser; her husband Robert Lee Lickey, Sr.; her son Robert L. Lickey, Jr.; her granddaughter Natasha N. Jackson; and her sisters, Nora E. Hough and Willie M. Carter.
She is survived by: her sister Betty J. Lettire (John) of Frederick, MD; her children, William N. Lickey of Kentucky, Jeffrey C. Lickey (Kim) of Maryland, Katherine Y. Hughes (Raymond) of Leesburg, VA and Roberta J. Oliver (Franklin) of West Virginia; and her grandchildren, Robert L. Lickey III, Ashley Y. Lickey, Macayla Lickey, Olivia Oliver, Miranda Oliver, Rynette Jackson and Aaron Jackson. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
