It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Proctor of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Sigler and Fannie Rebecca Moore Sigler; her husband John Proctor; and her siblings, Glenna Zirkle, Reba Kozak, Marvin and Richard Sigler.
She is survived by: her children, Penthea Ann Craven (Bruce) of Clear Brook and John Rockford Proctor (Janette) of Ashburn; her grandchildren, Candice Craven Edens, Kyle John Proctor and Justin Lee Proctor; her great grandchild Emerson G. Edens; her brother Dr. Fred Sigler of Ohio; and her stepdaughter Sandra Heyman of Winchester.
