He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Petley Crowell and Layfield Crowell. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Lyons Crowell of Ashburn, VA; his son Mark Layfield Crowell of New York City, NY; his stepdaughter Taylor Asbell of Ashburn, VA; his siblings, Carmen Brewer (Frank), James Crowell (Irma), Lee Crowell and Emily Hannan (Thomas); his parents-in-law, Arlene Lyons and Paul Lyons; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Lyons, Jennifer Bloch (David) and Russell Lyons (Roselyn); his nieces and nephews, Melissa Gentzler, Lea Gelman, Amanda Deshpande, Bonnie Baratta, Alexandra Brewer, Taylor Hannan, Makaila, Lynzie, Kelsie, Avril Lyons, Kiaralyn Ryan, Sarina Ganguly, Davis, Gregory, Jeffrey Crowell, Cristian Guillermo, Dalton, Garrett, Jake and Drake Lyons; and also, Jamie Ryan and Sandra Ganguly (Promeet).
Due to the restrictions of Covid 19, in-person attendance at Mark's memorial service will be by invitation only; however, all are invited to attend this service virtually, on Saturday, November 14, at noon.
