We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2023, at the age of 93, Margaret Ann (Hanna) Silvernale of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Mapleton, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L. Hanna and Adoline Hanna; her brother Bruce Hanna; and her former husband Col. Douglas John Silvernale. She is survived by: her children, Ann Omta (Kevin) of Grandview, David Silvernale (Andrea) of Leesburg and Bruce Silvernale (Gina) of Warrenton, Virginia; her grandchildren, Kristopher Nielsen, Daniel Nielsen, Richard Nielsen, Schyler Omta, Andrew Silvernale, Ashley Luehr, Jack Silvernale and Juliana Silvernale; her great grandchildren, Emily, Case, Boden, Levi, Duke and Charley Ann; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Hanna, David Hanna, Debbie Bird and Mary Jane Edlefsen.
