With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille M. Skinner Pilchuk of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2023 at the age of 88. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Hackney and Mildred Hackney; her husband John Aubrey Skinner Jr.; and her children, Mike Skinner (Dawn), Kathy Grover (Steve), Wanda Klunk (Ricky), Julie Skinner (Angela) and Aubrey Skinner (Cheryl). She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
