He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Kotwas and Kathy Kotwas. He is survived by: his wife Cammie Myles Kotwas; his sons, Kevin Kotwas and Scott Kotwas; and his siblings, Kenny Kotwas (Jill), Mark Kotwas (Kelly), Lisa Rooney (Mike) and Jennifer Blakeman (Lee).
