He was predeceased by: his father Donald Flanigan. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Flanigan; his wife Robin; his daughters, Kelly Hartless and Samantha Pratscher (Jason Pratcher); his grandchildren, Aaron, Jason Jr., Tyler and Katelyn; and his siblings, Dennis, Craig, Eileen, Patricia and Kathleen.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the US Hockey Foundation, Youth Hockey Development.
