She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Irvin and Nina Didawick Irvin; her husband Charles A. King; her son Chuck King; her daughter-in-law Gayle King of Leesburg, VA; her daughter Sharon King Lyon; her son-in-law Robert Lyon of Columbia, MD; her grandchildren, Joshua, Carina King, Holly, Russell East, Allison King, Marie Lyon, Brett Thomas and Anastasia Lyon; and her great grandchildren, Julian, Mia and Benjamin King.
