In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Frank had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Frank may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Finnern; his sons, Nathan Brice Finnern and Frank Robert Finnern, III; his daughter-in-law Laura Finnern; his granddaughters, Molli Finnern and Zoey Finnern; and his siblings, Linda Sue England and Roger Frank Finnern.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mt. Hope Baptist Church (42507 Mt Hope Rd, Ashburn, VA 20148). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
