He was predeceased by: his stepfather James Dixon; and his great-grandparent Diane Pettit. He is survived by: his parents, Katie Neal of Ashburn, VA and Jeremy Neal of Alexandria, VA; his half-sisters, Faith Dixon of Ashburn, VA and Serena Dixon of Linden, NJ; his stepsister Katrina Ingles of Charlotte, NC; his great-grandparent James Pettit of Ashburn, VA; his granddaughters, Cheryl (Rhea James) and Mimi Judy Corso of Cincinnati, OH.; his aunts and uncles, Tommy Neal (Sherwil Tafalla), Adam (Becky James), Bob (Christine Webb), Rusty (Cathy Collins), Ricky (Amy Mays), Mikey (Carmella Mays), Diana James, Melanie James, James Neal and Stephanie Kreimer; and his cousins, Thomas Neal Jr., Brenna Karnes, Brayden, Asher James and Sylas Weaver.
