It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Houtz of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Edwards and Mary Edwards; her husband Charles Houtz; her son Danny Houtz; her grandson Robby Houtz; and her brother Hugh Powell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Kelly (Mike) of Front Royal and Deborah Parry (Tred) of Purcellville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Charlie, Denise, Desiree, Mary Elizabeth, Sean and Chandler; and her great grandchildren, Britney, Samantha and Callie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
