It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Louise Prosser of Ashburn, Virginia, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McIntire and Helen McIntire. She is survived by: her husband David Palmer; her children, Janette Marie Prosser, Eric David Prosser (Jennifer) and Brian Scott Prosser (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Audrey, Adam, Samantha and Megan; and her siblings, Lynne Martin (Dale), Marla Kohne (Glenn) and David McIntire (Betsy).
