Barbara Lou Kehr Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Lou Kehr of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Paris, Virginia, who passed away on July 17, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard H. Neff and Marion Elizabeth Rose Neff; her husband David Burnett Kehr; her daughter Susan Jenkins (Paul); and her siblings, Bernard Neff, Jr., Claude Neff and Delbert Neff.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Kehr (Estela), Debby Gibson (Doug), Kay Walker (Mark), Randall Kehr and Julie Brutchey (Chris); and her siblings, Donald Neff, Patty Kranenberg and John Offenstein. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
