He is survived by: his wife Dicy Macerollo; his children, Donna Moore (Michael) and Tony Macerollo (Allison); his brother Richard G. Macerollo (Paula); his grandchildren, Karlyn Hickman, Noah Hickman, Regan Macerollo and Kennedy Macerollo; and his son Anthony Michael. He is also survived by his family, friends and co-workers.
