It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alverta Christine Balulis of Ashburn, Virginia, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William G. Balulis; and her parents, William Nathaniel Tedder and Amanda Lee Moore Tedder. She is survived by: her children, Chris Ann Cleland (James) and George Balulis (Mariana). She is also survived by her friends and family.
