She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie R. Gormus and Barbara Jane O'Bryant Gormus; her son Christopher Brian Gormus; and the father of her child Frederick Dean Russell. She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Yvonne Skeen (Gordon) and Frederick Duane Gormus; her niece Cameron Alexis Skeen; her friend Brian Everett (Rachel); and her pets, Max and Miss Kitty.
