He is survived by: his wife Bessie Self Rush; his daughters, Hilda (Mark Knick) and JoAnn (Shannon Newton); his granddaughter Holly (Matthew Vais); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail, Nethanel, Lydia, Enoch and Matteo; and his sisters, Lucille Jamerson, Mary Palmore and Carolyn Jamerson.
