Tinsley of Aroda and Michael Eugene Tinsley Jr.; his wife Candace of Culpeper; his sisters, Juanita A. Tinsley (Earl Shelton) of Spotsylvania and Anita L. Banks (Warren) of Madison; his grandchildren, Brianna N. Tinsley, Mia N. Tinsley and Jonathan M. Tinsley; and also, Travis B. Tinsley and Michael M. Bowles.
