He is survived by: his parents, John Brady Todd and Lucy Louise Elliott Todd; his wife Edna; his daughters, Debbie Todd of Fredericksburg and Melinda Houston (Joseph) of Emporia; his grandchildren, Jonathan Houston, Andrea Cunningham (Robert) of Emporia and Patrick Houston (Tabatha) of Norfolk; and his great grandchildren, Breanna Cunningham, Rebecca Cunningham of Emporia, Annabelle Houston and Isabella Houston of Norfolk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
