He is survived by: his wife Judy Collawn Collins; his daughters, Melissa Collins and Marsha Beazley (David); his siblings, Terry Wilcox (Jeff), Kenny Collins (Debbie), Leon Manwarren, Lisa Manwarren and Kerry Manwarren; and his grandchildren, Abigail Dillworth, Dixie Randolph, Connor Dillworth, Scarlett Beazley and Harper Beazley.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Concord Baptist Church (15625 Concord Rd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Concord Baptist Church, Keith Reid, treasurer, 3914 Smokey Road, Aylett, VA 23009.
