He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Lutz and Marcelle Decatur; his stepfather Rudolph Decatur; and his brother Rudy Decatur, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, David (Beth) and Heather (Jeff); his wife Donna; his daughter Susan (Eric); his grandchildren, Hope, Matthew, Katherine, Lauren, Hannah, Kyle and Brayden; and his cousin Marie Henry. He is also survived by many close friends and former co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution in Vic's name to: Prostate Cancer Foundation Santa Monica, CA 90401. The Prostate Cancer Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization.
