She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrne Elvidge and Raymond Elvidge; her brother Ross; her nephew Mark Elvidge; and also Charlie.
She is survived by: her husband Charles S. Loucks; her children, Karen Loucks Rinedollar (Gary) of Evergreen, CO and Charles Glenn Loucks (Laurie) of Rockingham; her grandchildren, Miriam and Charlie Loucks; her brother Graham Elvidge; her sisters-in-law, Marcy Elvidge and Lois Nixon; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Elvidge, Heather Stephenson, Marily Nixon, Diana, Francine, Annemarie Elvidge, Andrew, Eric Elvidge and Rob Nixon.
Service Information Valerie will be interred with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery and will be honored at a private family celebration near Montreal when COVID-19 restrictions loosen up.
