We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2018, at the age of 91, Thomas Richard Bisset (Arlington, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Pete. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughters, Sandra Lee Bisset (Harvey) and Brenda Jane Bisset; his sister Nina Namoski (Bisset); and also Selena Suzanne Marie Bisset. He is also survived by five grandchildren (Richard, Melanie, Lisa, Jennifer, and Jason), five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dick Bisset may be made to Samaritan's Purse.
