He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Kosa. He is survived by: his parent Irene Pordan Kosa; his son Thomas Kosa; his daughter-in-law Kelly Kosa; his sister Agnes Kaulius; and also Jarrid Kosa of Palmer Township, PA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
