He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucille and George Willingham, Sr.; his parents, Vivian M. Speights and George Willingham, Jr.; his stepfather William Speights Sr. of Cleveland; and his significant other Donna Crowe of Richmond.
He is survived by: his siblings, Karla Chambers and William Speights, Jr. of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and an army of loyal friends.
