He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Mary Ellis; his son Jeffry Stoutsenberger; and his siblings, Leroy Stoutsenberger, Marvin Stoutsenberger, Clifford Stouts, Arthur Waine, Chirley Ullberg, Estelle Mangrum and Robert Stoutsenberger.

He is survived by: his children, Donna and James; and his sister Laverne Gowin. He is also survived by children.
