He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Sharon Welker, Richard Kauffman (Lisa), Janice Kucirka (John), Russell Kauffman Jr. (Sheila), Patricia Fixley (Gregg) and Diane Fletcher (Keith); and his siblings, Carol A. Miller (Richard), Kevin J. (Jerri), Robert L and Joyce E. Helsel (Arthur).
