He was predeceased by: his former wife Imogene Mary Ellenbecker Langford. He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Judy) of Warrenton, VA, Amy of Leicester, NC, David (Diane) of Hollywood, MD and Russell (Susan) of Great Falls, VA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
