He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Eli and Estelle Williams. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Tory Marie Williams; his stepson Perry Newman; his brother Anthony Williams (Terri); and his uncle Moses Moore (Dottie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
