He was predeceased by: his parents, Snively Samuel and Armeda Wright (Willis); and his siblings, Bill Fisher, Kenny Wright and Rosetta Anderson.
He is survived by: his significant other Lisa J. Layden of Arlington, VA; his son Lamonte Wright; his sister Ruth Edison of Wellsville, OH; and his grandchildren, Ameer Wright, Malika Wright, Raaqim Wright, Tiana Newman, Lamonte Newman, Ashley Battle, Tanay, Taiya, Layla and Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
