He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert I. Hewlett and Rachel Ocker Hewlett; and his wife Christine B. Hewlett. He is survived by: his children, Linda Hewlett Sitton (Jonathan) of Farmville, NC and Bruce W. Hewlett (Melissa) of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Turner W. Sitton, Kenley B. Sitton and Cora G. Hewlett; his sister Donna Hewlett Setzer of Winchester; and his caregiver Christine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Greenville, NC.
