Tuthill of Arlington; his sister Patricia Ann Franklin of Vienna, Virginia.; his wife Marjorie Elaine Tuthill; his son Robert Floyd Tuthill, Jr. (Pam); his stepgrandson Travis Allen Cook (Melissa); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kole and Kali Cook; and his cousins, Billy Lee Tuthill, Janice Atkinson and George Tyler.
