Barr (Jeff) and Rachel Cotton; his siblings, Kenneth Cotton (Donna) and Judy Donofrio (Louis); his granddaughters, Juliette Barr and Scarlett Barr; his nephews, Brett Cotton and Scott Donofrio; and his niece Tammy Jennings.
