She is survived by: her children, Hans, Ellen Erdman (Marsden) of Isanti, Minnesota, Leslie, Leonid Chekin of Fairfax, Virginia, Rebecca W. E. and George Edmunds of Roanoke, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Jeannette White, Schawonne Miller of Minnesota, Peter L. Chekin of Paris, France and Emily Roland of North Carolina. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
