He is survived by: his wife Michelle; and his parents-in-law, Richard Van Dyk (Dick), Vicky McLaughlin, Mike, Lorna Viraldi Van Dyk, Chris, Jeanne Van Dyk, Doug, Leslie Van Dyk, Jonna Van Dyk Jacobson and Cindy Van Dyk Walker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
