It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Maxine Baugher (Arlington, Virginia), born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Martin L., Robert S. (Tammie), Jimmy R. and Joanna M. Linger (Neil); and her siblings, Tom Flanary and Francis Moyers. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
