She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Hamilton and Polly Hamilton; and her brother Eddy Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband Leslie Meyer of Arlington, Virginia; her children, Lee Meyer of Arlington, Virginia and Asa Meyer of Arlington, Virginia; and her sisters, Donna Wicker of Abilene, Texas, Ethel Brockman (Lincoln Axe) of Oakland, California and Mariann Montgomery (Andy) of Richardson, Texas. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
With that in mind, she hoped that the donation of her body to medical science would help advance the knowledge for generations to come, especially research into cancer treatments and cures.
