He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. Facini Hajduk and John G. Hajduk; his brothers, Robert Hajduk and Stephen Hajduk; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Julia Ward.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Bergkoetter (Michael) of New Hope, PA.; his husband Jason; his grandchildren, Allison, Dean, Tyler Bergkoetter and Jackson Dilks; his siblings, Mark Hajduk (Nancy) of Franklin and Rosanne Chamberlain (Stephen) of Franklin; and his uncle Matthew "Bosco" Hajduk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, a brother-in-law and several sisters in law.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Church Development Fund, St Stephen School Tuition Assistance Fund, the Northwest Hospital Foundation or to a charity of one's choice.
