She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bouchard and Madeline Bouchard (Hillgrove); and her brother John. She is survived by: her brother James (Claudio) of Palm Springs, CA.; her stepmother Joan Bouchard of Wilbraham, MA; her niece Elizabeth Bouchard (Eric) of Melrose, MA; her sister-in-law Paulette Bouchard of Reading, MA; her cousin Mary Jane Heady of Longmeadow, MA; and her friend Martha Weaver of Fort Washington, MD.. She is also survived by grandniece, and many cousins.
As a ten-year-old, she made her first donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
