He was predeceased by: his wife Irene A. Kulick. He is survived by: his children, Joseph T. Kulick of Arlington, John F. Kulick (Ruth) of Wolftown, VA and Therese K. Morse (Richard) of Ashland, VA; and his brother Henry Kulik of Lansdale, PA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
