With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Nalepa of Arlington, Virginia, born in Calumet City, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Buczek and Tekla Buczek; and her siblings, Harriet Dokulil, Marion Ogrodowski, John and Walter Buczek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet (Jim Feeley) of Norcross, GA, Arlene (Bill Smith) of Fredrick, MD and Sandy (Tim McCaw) of Emerald Isle, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
