She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ann Worsley; and her nephew Kirby Van DeGrieck. She is survived by: her husband Randolph H. Foltz; her sisters, Phyllis Fravel of Richmond and Patricia Van DeGrieck of Sterling; and her great-nephew Corin. She is also survived by two nephews, a niece.

Alzheimer Disease eventually prevented her further attendance and involvement with the church.
