He is survived by: his wife Mary Jessel Clarke; his sons, James Walker Clarke III (Eva Granahan Clarke), Michael Clifford Clarke (Toby Bernstein Clarke) and Martin Jessel Clarke (Michelle Bruffey Clarke); and his grandchildren, James Walker Clarke IV, Leo Patrick Clarke, Jessica Cassidy Clarke, Joseph Aiden Clarke, Luke Joseph Clarke and Noah Graham Clarke.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Jim's memory to the Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department, an organization that held a special place in his heart.
