In the vast expanse of eternity, James Randolph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James Randolph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Morgan Clarke Wilkins and Loren Randolph Clarke; and his sister Iris Clarke Peace. He is survived by: his wife Gail H Clarke; and his siblings, Jennifer Vanlandingham Nock (Jim) and Edward William Clarke (Lora). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
