He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Ann Horstkamp; his siblings, Patricia, Donna, Bill, Tommy and Bobby; and his parents, Nicholas William Horstkamp and Annie [McCreary] of Virginia.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Brian Horstkamp and James Kevin Horstkamp [Debbie]; his grandchildren, Sarah Williams [Chris], Jacob Horstkamp [Kerry], Katlyn Horstkamp, Evan Horstkamp and Margaret "Maggie" Horstkamp; his great grandchildren, Oliver Horstkamp and Thea Horstkamp; his sisters, Debbie, Mary and Gerri; and also Joe.
