He was predeceased by: his parent Norma E. (Norton); and his brother Jeffrey Pontz. He is survived by: his parent Richard G. Pontz, Sr.; his wife Kathryn A. Pontz; his daughters, Andrea Pontz of Arlington, VA, Emily Pontz and Elizabeth Pontz; his siblings, Richard G. Pontz, Jr., Janet Pagano of Easton, CT, Robert Pontz, Jennifer Pontz of Kona, HI, Russell Pontz of Wareham, Randy Pontz and Joel Pontz of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Dylan Brier and Finley Teixeira.
