He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Irving Towers and Clara Lee Reams Towers; and his sisters, Carolyn L. Stewart and Margaret A. Armstrong. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles A. Towers (Nancy, Ronald I.) and Beverly C. Kerr (Edward); and his brother-in-law Clifford G. Stewart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
